Terms and conditions:
- Rate is subject to availability and is valid for weeknight stays (Sunday through Thursday only).
- A minimum of two nights is required per stay.
- Rate valid for leisure stays only.
- Reservations must be done directly through 1andonly’s website or phone: (902) 656-3071.
- Must provide current and valid identification card upon reservation.
- The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid for existing reservations.
- 20% discount is applicable only on the base nightly rates (2 adult occupancy base rate).
* The above nightly rates are starting rates. Rates can fluctuate depending on weekdays/weekends/holidays/availability and how close a reservation is to the actual check-in date.) Weekends and holidays have a minimum of two-night policy. Rates are all-year-round and not season-based.
