To assure an unforgettable cottage escape and comfort, the property offers a wide array of cottage and property amenities that leaves guests wanting to come back at least once every season.

Your private hot tub awaits! We'll provide spa robes and slippers in each cottage.
Screened In Patio
To allow for enjoying the outdoors without the outdoors enjoying you, we have screened in the private patios on each cottage.
BBQ w/Gas Tank
Grill up something delicious at the end of your day with our included BBQ.
Year Round Comfort
With our air conditioning units and full-cottage heaters, the cottages are accessible and open in every season.
Private Entrance
To allow a “touchless” service upon check-in and check-out, the property has established a self-check-in and a self-check-out procedure.
1 Queen Sized Bed and 2 Twins
Our cottages are rented at 2-person occupancy or 4-person occupancy.
Full Kitchen
Bring your own food and use our fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of dishware and utensils to make yourself at home.
Full-Set Washroom
Each washroom has a shower, toiletries, hair dryer, and enough towels for your stay.
Living Room
Bright, modern living room with a sofa, 2 accent chairs, a satellite TV, 3 coffee tables, dining table and 4 chairs.
Wi-Fi Fibre Internet
We provide the wifi password upon check-in.
Appliances
Use our provided vacuum cleaner and iron to stay neat and tidy during your stay.
Our Cottages
Four identical, 2-bedroom cottage rentals, each with their own private screened-in patio, private hot tub, BBQ, and firepit. The four cottages have an identical layout to ensure a top-notch, consistent stay no matter when you come back. The modern decor is bright, warm, and welcoming to all!

1 and Only Riverside Cottages is near three spectacular birdwatching reserves. Pack your gear and go on an adventure!
Hiking & Fishing
Enjoy our short walking routes to the river or surrounding trails, or fish in the Sable River (supplies & equipment are not provided)
